1. What do you wish you’d done less of? Worrying about nonsense.
  2.  How did you Christmas? The same way as usual.
  3.  Did you fall in love in 2014? Presumably not.
  4.  How many one night stands? Beep that beep. Way too much danger of being impregnated or being infected.
  5. What was your favourite TV programme? Oh gosh, some great telly this year… LOVED ‘Outlander’, a US series I watched via the entirely illegal means of The Internet. Season 4 of ‘Game Of Thrones’ was probably the best yet. The new (shorter) series of ‘24’ was also v-good. I also loved ‘Gogglebox’ on Channel 4. Oh, and I finally got around to catching up with ‘Sherlock’ which was AWESOME.
  6. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year? Absolutely not. Since my days of hating down in Newbury, I decided not to do that any more. I try and take a higher road of considering reasons or causes for their, often shocking, behaviour.
  7. What was the best book you read? I’ve plowed solidly through the first 3 books in the ‘Outlander’ series by Diana Gabaldon. Each are well over 1000+ pages, but it is testament to the books that as soon as one is finished, I pick up the next.
  8.  What was your greatest musical discovery? Nothing much this year. I guess ‘We The Kings’.
  9. What did you want and get? More time with my closest girl friends.
  10. What did you want and not get? A lottery win?
  11. What was your favourite film this year? I enjoyed ‘The Imitation Game’… But mostly for Benedict Cumberbatch, I won’t lie.
  12. What did you do on your birthday? Went to work, had cake, had a Chinese takeaway, played mariokart.
  13. What one thing would have made your life immeasurably more satisfying? Security.
  14. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2014? I made a conscious effort to branch out a little more this year. Skinny jeans have become a thing I’ve embraced. As have the dress/leggings combo.
  15. What kept you sane? Chats over coffee with friends.
  16.  Which celebrity / public figure did you fancy the most? Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hiddleston, Richard Armitage. 35. What political issue stirred you the most? The whole ISIS thing and all other “branches” of militant islam. They scare me.
  17. Who did you miss? The Upton Meadows crowd. It was tough-going there, at first, but it grew into something special. . Who was the best new person you met? Again, the Upton Meadows crowd. Especially my little NQT buddy, Lisa.
  18. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2014. It’s okay to speak up for yourself.
  19. Quote a song lyric that sums up 2014. I don’t know. I’m tired of this survey now!
